“But….THE DINNER!!!!”

Darren was an excellent host- warm, friendly and welcoming. I felt as if I was a guest at his own home. The room we stayed in was perfect for what we needed- with the windows up we had a great cool breeze come in! Breakfast was amazing the 2 mornings I stayed. We had a variety. But ... THE DINNER!!!! the dinner was amazing- I suggest, if you want to have a really great dinner try Darren’s seafood pasta. He is a Red Seal Chef and oh man... I didn’t want my meal to end. My partner and I slept comfortably & felt welcomed, food was awesome too all local. Thank you Darren!

“Cat’s Meow Suite….Very Spacious”

We spent 1 night in the lovely Cat's Meow Suite with a very comfortable queen-sized bed and separate sitting room making for very spacious accommodations. As dinner is on offer to guests, we were happy to stay put for the evening and enjoy Chef Darren's offering of a 3 course meal beginning with a scrumptious salad and ending with a delious rhubarb dessert. Our choice of an Asian chicken dish with a side of assorted vegetables did not disappoint. Nor did the loaded omelette for breakfast in the morning. This is a beautiful property and close to lots of interesting spots on the Fundy Trail to Fundy National Park-only a half hour away .

“Highly Recommended!”

We spent 3 nights in the garden suite which has it's own entrance and a cute little patio overlooking the garden. The suite has a fridge, large living area and good sized bathroom and bedroom. Chef Darren cooked us 3 different breakfasts, all amazing. Not only is Darren a fantastic host, this guy can cook!!!!! We also enjoyed two dinners both of which were delicious. We highly recommend Innisfree B & B for it's location to Hopewell Rocks, Darren's cooking and delightful accommodations.
